Good sized room close to centre of the town. Easy parking and great to have free coffee and some snacks at reception. Please note, we didn't stay at the seasider motel though suspect rooms would have been similar

Very good breakfast! Two big beds that were comfortable. The room was very big and comfortable. The view was spectacular though! Nothing extraordinary but it was OK.

The staff is amazing! Constance had stellar hiking recommendations, Penny was really friendly, and the gentleman there during the days had amazing restaurant tips. They were so helpful and all took the time to chat about their favorite local spots. It really made my trip.

This was our second time staying at Hanscom’s and we LOVE it!! It’s super dog friendly, cozy, and has everything you need for a relaxing trip! If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the grill, cornhole, propane fire and regular fire pit that has fire starters, wood and paper to make starting your fire super easy! We plan to make it an annual trip because we love it so much!

Highly recommended place! The dedicated staff gives every guest a family home feeling, The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is rich and contains dairy-free and glooten- free products. Perfect!
Out of the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. Easy access to Arcadia NP. Great restaurant for breakfast and dinner a couple of miles down the road (Mainely Meats). Ice cream too! Love the Thirsty Whale in Bar Harbor but only got there once for dinner because could not find a parking space within a reasonable distance. All paid ($2.00 per hr) parking now in Bar Harbor😢 Isn't keeping the tourists away!
