The staff was nice and the location is really easy to commute to Chicago Downtown from there and lots of restaurants near by the hotel too. It was okay overall.

Almost all staff was great. Only one person at the front desk was not helpful when I was waiting for assistance at the food area. Then more people came for food and the woman at the front desk said she had nothing to do with that area. Did not offer assistance.

The drive (30 minutes on a Saturday; 45 minutes on a weekday) was a pain, but that's Chicago. Fortunately, the highway entrance is right near the hotel.
