The breakfast bar was exceptional! Very clean with a nice variety of food. Everything was delicious! Also enjoyed the exercise room and treadmill. Had filtered water and towels as well as a tv. (Only 1 channel, but it was on smooth jazz which is my favorite) Our room (120) was conveniently located on the ground floor near the front desk and breakfast bar. Overall our short stay was extremely nice and we look forward to staying at the Athens Hampton Inn whenever we're in the area.

When I arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the door saying that the clerk was working cleaning rooms and room 110. The clerk was working two jobs and I feel that that was very unfair for her. She was not able to give the best service possible because of that fact.

The location was good for our purposes and the room, though lacking in amenities, was clean, which is a top priority when staying at hotels. The refrigerator was adequate, as was maid service. The proprietors were responsive and friendly.

Such a quaint and well furnished remodeled older home. Secure and safe features for getting in and out. Room was spotless and very accommodating for any of my needs. The shower was amazing. Great water pressure!!! Hotels could take a lesson from them.
The chairs around the porch are a great touch. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the mountain air.
I will be back again and will recommend to anyone I know who might be in the area.
