I did like how clean it looked and felt. The breakfast was delicious. Nice variety of choices on food. The location to downtown Mount Dora was excellent. The proximity to other eating establishments was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was smooth. staff was accommodating. When there wasn’t enough parking the check in person moved my room to accommodate for that. The morning staff was friendly and kind and greeting.

For the price and it not being a "franchise", older motel, it exceeded my expectations. Accommodations had been modernized and were clean. the beds were comfortable and the location was quiet. Thankful that there was availability due to it being a last minute booking. We were there due to a late night game that my son had to play in a basketball tournament at The Big House. The service was very nice and friendly.
