The neighborhood is very nice, and there are several restaurants nearby. You are about a 15 minute drive from downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and except for the hot water issue, everything was great.

Convenient location ( near highway and mall).
Convenient location ( near highway and mall). Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Clean facility and spacious rooms. Queen Room with two double beds and a sofa bed could easily fit five people. Room had a decent size refrigerator ( larger compared to typical small ones found in most hotels).

We forgot to request room service (you need to request it due to Covid times), but when we came back at 6:30pm they still did it while we went out for a dinner. BTW, lots of inexpensive and good restaurants in the area, but we skipped Bob Evans right next to hotel as reviews were bad. Big size TV for a hotel. 15 minutes drive to downtown Columbus or to OSU campus.
