Shuttle to and from airport is a great service for weary traveller's.
Including breakfast in the price is also a good initiative so one less thing to plan into your day and your budget. It is a very good breakfast. Thankyou.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
We landed at midnight & promptly called the front desk to arrange a shuttle pickup. Directions given were so vague to a first time visitor that it took 2 hours before we met up with the shuttle, so 3 hours before we crawled into bed. There was an error with our booking that the night clerk tried to fix which made it much worse. The hotel is old tired & heavily used, so it is quite dirty & not as advertised, e.g. room carpet stinks.
Free Shuttle picked me up after I called and had my luggage. I was able to take shuttle to JFK airport next day to visit TWA Retro hotel and have lunch there. I took shuttle back to hotel, grabbed my luggage, and rode shuttle back to airport for my Friendly, helpful drivers.
Reception area was a nice space and other travelers hung out and were friendly.
Very friendly staff. Location is good near airport and 15 minutes drive. The shuttle service is superb running 24 hours on the hour from hotel. Remember to sign in for the shuttle bus on arrival to hotel. Size of room is good, bed is comfy. Refrigerator available but no kettle or coffee maker. Hot water and coffee available in reception 24 hours.
The good thing about this airport hotel is that it offers a shuttle from and to JFK. In the hotel's area are many shopping options and many restaurants. Connecting to Manhattan would be best using the shuttle to JFK and continuing from there with local transport.
Every person we came in contact with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and helpful. We were amazed at how quiet the room was, especially since the hotel is directly under the flight path for incoming planes at JFK. We never heard even one plane!
It was close to the airport which we needed it to be. The hotel felt more personable than others we have stayed in owing to the very welcoming staff member who was both courteous and informative. The decor was good. The room had everything we needed .
I’ve never went out of my way to give a hotel a review but this one deserved it! Phenomenal staff, everyone I met was delightful and the shuttle was super accommodating. Will be going back.
The hotel is located near some good shops. There is a shuttle from the airport, which can pick you up from the Terminal that you arrived at, but you need to call and ask for it.
