Breakfast was excellent. Location was a bit hard to find in behind a very large high end hotel
Plenty of restaurants in Lenoir City. If you look closely, there are many local events to take advantage of -- but they can be difficult to find, unless you know a local who is connected. Moderate amount (this isn't a big city) of local shopping, including several locally-owned (not chain) stores.
The front desk staff were exceptionally polite. The beds were THE MOST comfortable beds I've ever slept on (memory foam) while staying in a hotel. The Wi-Fi worked amazingly, there was actual cable and not satellite. It's conveniently located right off I-75 and close to everything. And all for a great price. I'll definitely be coming back to stay when I'm in town.
The hotel was in a great location right off I-75 which we used as a stopping point between Michigan and Florida. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us locate a spot to park our vehicle which was pulling a trailer. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The breakfast was well stocked, hot and fresh. Overall a great spot to spend the night.
The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the room. The bathroom shower was huge. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of items from scrambled eggs and sausage to oatmeal and yogurt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations in all the best ways.
Booking.com did NOT tell the hotel about my booking, creating a checkin delay. The same thing happened tonight with my booking.com Comfort Inn reservation in Columbia Mo. I WILL NOT USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN. Ifmy next booking has this problem!! Very sloppy work, booking.com….
Bugs in room. Man at front desk offered us 20.00 to go to a different hotel because our rate was low and he could get more money from someone else. If we had not been rhere for a wedding, and all other hotels in the area full we would have left due to the dirty facilities
