The downtown location was perfect for our eclipse-viewing / family reunion trip. On-site parking was nice. Breakfast was typical. The staff was great--everyone was excited for the eclipse traffic. This location was within a nice driving distance of some beautiful scenery, parks, the cemetery, etc.

Breakfast was mediocre. The bacon was not crisp but limp and sausage was rubbery.
We were in Lima to visit a college that is there. This was our second visit, the first one being four years ago. Lima has changed 100% for the better in the last four years!! It is growing and vibrant. Much of the city has been cleaned up and it gives the feeling of continuing in that direction. Good food options. Seemed to be an active arts community. The trail aroud the reservoir was lovely to walk. The city is very easy to drive around. Being from the Northeast, was not expecting many things to be closed on Sunday (and even Monday), but we worked around it.

The facility was close to the fairgrounds which was convenient since we went there for the Flat Track race. However, the area seems run down and not a safe place for my wife to walk alone. We noticed several businesses are shut down. We did eat at Cracker Barrel and Arby’s and both were excellent.
There really isn’t much near the property. But we made do. Our room was a bit dirty. There was trash in both of the cans and a beer cap on the floor. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was tooth paste spit all over the faucet.
The check in process was great and check out was okay. The breakfast was nice but be warned it is upstairs.
The location is great. It's right off the I-75. Many restaurants and shopping very close by. Rooms are very quiet. Even if the hotel was full there was no noise from the surrounding rooms because the hotel is very solidly built. Breakfast was good. Excellent coffee station available all day and evening.
The hotel was in a good location with plenty of restaurants right at it, along with a Walmart and Sam's which was handy. The room was nice with lots of space. The lovely lady in the coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and seemed to know much more about the hotel than the desk clerks.
I had stayed here a few times a few years ago and was pleased then, so reserved a room for this trip. This is a budget hotel, so amenities are scarce, but it has what I need--a clean room, access to nearby businesses, and pet friendly. Shari is a treasure--helpful and friendly.
The carpets were filthy in the room. There was a bed bug. The pool was closed. And the hotel manager was not willing to discount the room or compensate considering I booked on this website. She told me I had to go through the website I booked from.
It was absolutely awful! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! It was very sketchy from the moment we arrived, until we left, about 10 minutes later! It was a place for prostitution, drugs, anything else that’s dealing, or underhanded!
Staff were kind and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We were on motorcycles and they suggested we park under the entrance so their security could keep an eye on them. Hotel was clean, good breakfast. Very nice!!
Location was in downtown Lima, convenient location an within walking distance to restaurants. Nancy greeted us with a smile and was happy to help us get checked in. She also provided suggestions for restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel, seriously? Jimmy Dean sausage and egg Pattie’s? Fried eggs and nothing to put with them? The fruit was old.
Great facility you’d think they’d do more.
Loved the room! Bed was comfy, kitchenette was a huge bonus, shower was lovely, breakfast and gym were great! Everything we were looking for. Best sausage out of the 3 hotels we stayed at this trip.
