Location to all North Conway offers in dining and shopping. Toilet very low to ground, Used old furniture. My special requests before arriving were confirmed and upon arrival none were available. Special requests were high back chair(s) in room. Close Parking for our handicapped. Close proximity to room from main entrance. Furniture was very low to ground including television and chest of drawers it was on. TV was small. Broken secrity locks on doors of room. Hair in one of the beds. The hotel is very confusing in the way that it looks very cute and nice from the outside, and even the lobby is beautiful!!!! They clearly have spent a lot of money investing into the lobby and common spaces, as there are many taxidermy bears and moose and a beautiful antique car. The couches and tables are very stylish and great quality, so overall the first impressions are very high!! And then you get to your room and get an entirely different space.HaileyColombia

Room was quite large, pillows were comfortable and it was lovely and warm. It had a microwave, fridge and tv.
