The staff was great, and the place was very clean and very nice, but the hallways reeked of pot/maijuana which came into the room, which made it very uncomfortable for me and my children. Also, the air-conditioning is not working.

The staff was excellent. The food was great for breakfast. The pool was nice and warm. I spent much time much time in the lobby and met a few people.

I was here 5 nights. Nice hotel, everything was overall great and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and everyone is nice. Daily housekeeping is also great. I paid through Booking.com, and upon arrival I used my card for the deposit, but I was charged again for the entire stay. However, I was refunded promptly for the double charge.

This is a true B&B where the hosts greet you, offer a welcome drink, and chat you up a bit. Mark and Ari are both interesting and affable. In addition to the welcome drink, there is a full cash bar. Delicious homemade bread and cakes for breakfast. Room was modern, clean, comfortable, and the pool area/backyard are spectacular. A short walk from the station if you arrive by train. Perfect spot to stay before ferrying to Fire Island, or taking in the local attractions.
