Unprofessional- charged us even though we cancelled our reservation. Contacted the hotel and Fernando could not find a reservation but assured us we would not be charged. Two days later we were charged almost $200. When I contacted the manager of the hotel she said there was nothing she could do about it and will not even give us a partial refund. Both have the same owner but different check in offices. We went to 3 different buildings before finally checking in and getting to the room. There are 3 different hotels in the same parking lot. The hotel location was perfect and very convenient to our plans while visiting. I loved that there were stores, and eating places nearby too.
