We loved the views and the quiet street we were on. The house was clean and it's big! You may or may not have cell signal when you reach the property so write down the wifi password before you leave town (the hosts provide it in advance). If you spend any time in the back you will definitely see wildlife (deer, turkeys, other birds). It was a great stay 10/10 highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property. Super cute! We came down to Tennessee for the 2024 Mammoth March (we hiked 20 miles) and needed a comfortable place to stay. This was it! The cottage is about 4 miles from Falls Creek Falls State Park. We will definitely stay here again!!

Loved being able to sit on the deck. Sunny or raining had a version for both. Was able to fish at all times. Plenty of room for my family. And the guide book for helping navigate the area was helpful,as well as if contacted them they got back to u as soon as possible. I loved our stay! Hoping to go back next time for longer
