It is difficult to comment on Surf City since it is early January and it was cold and rainy for most of the time I was there. I liked the many access points to the beach with sanitary facilities for folks. It would be a good place for people who like a close walk to the beach (three blocks) to fish or lie in the sun.

Surf City was really quaint! I loved exploring the Island! I enjoyed the local restaurants, The Crab Pot and Shaka Tacos.... and the Flotilla Christmas festival! The beach was beautiful! Can’t wait to visit again!

My grandparents moved to Surf City in 99 when I was 10 and Ive been coming down every summer since. I absolutely love it here. Maxxs pizza will always be a favorite of mine! The new bridge and the rpund abouts keep things moving so much better. We also just tried the Fractured Prune and those dounuts are amazingggg
