Quality Inn Vienna - Tysons Corner, hotel in Tysons Corner

This Vienna, Virginia hotel is 15 miles from downtown Washington, D.C. Comfort Inn Tysons Corner an offers outdoor pool and rooms with free Wi-Fi.

We appreciated the short walk to Spring Hill Metrorail and Walmart. The room was clean although it did smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked, however it is a small selection and the breakfast items were the same for all 4 days of our stay. There were no bugs.

The hotel was just across the street from Tyson corners mall and only a 30 minute drive to the MGM casino at Baltimore Harbor. There is alot of traffic in the area but I used my smart tag when possible to help.

    Overall the hotel is good.

Overall the hotel is good. But I got a call from staff saying they don't have rooms available a few hours before I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel, another staff let me check in and it didn't seem that they were out of rooms. It is just a weird experience and no one explained why this happened.

    Tysons Corner is trendy.

Tysons Corner is trendy. There are plenty of restaurant things to do in the area. My favorite area is the local mall. There are lots of great stores to shop in. It is very high end and if you are looking for designer apparel then this is definitely the place to come to. We ate at the Cheesecake Factory. I had an amazing appetizers. They had a grilled artichokes with a garlic aioli. It was so good. I also had the steak Diana which was also extremely good. The only problem about the area is the traffic. It make traveling around the area kind of difficult. Others than the traffic I wouldn’t change anything about the area.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok. Great location. The staff wasn't really cooperative at the beginning until they saw how mad was I. No pool and the lobby is a bit small. Overall, I would recommend it.

I was there for work and visiting friends.

I was there for work and visiting friends. The area had many close food options, was very close to Wal-Mart, and had easy access to the highway. It was close to shopping, Apple store, REI, and Best Buy, all places that I needed to visit while in there.

    - Very close to a couple of big malls and a metro station - Spacious room with a comfortable and clean bed - Overall, the room was tidy, with no hair on bedding and no dust on major, easy-to-get surfaces - It seems some rooms have been recently renovated - Complimentary coffee supplies for a couple of cups - Staff was helpful when I needed to store my luggage after check-out and to print a boarding pass for an airline charging for such a basic service

Very clean and comfortable room. I particularly lived the chair, foot stool and side table as I can't stand having to sit on a bed or computer chair! The whirlpool was really fun as you could watch TV and relax after a tiring day. The walk to the metro was easy and convenient. It's right next to Tysons so we visited those malls and it meant there were plenty of food options for delivery. The late checkout was also great as we are. Ot morning people!

This hotel was incredible. The best one we have stayed in yet! CLEAN beyond measure!!! It has the most beautiful art on every floor. It was designed by a brilliant team or individual (seriously, kudos to the designer). The room was HUGE and incredibly well thought out. Like we really had TWO flat screen TV’s and a full kitchen. It’s also right by The Perch which is a rooftop Biergarten. it was amazing. I was so sad when I had to leave.

Two of the staffers were excellent: Serra Gunek and Ijaz. They made us feel welcomed and helped us in any way they could. The property was close to the Tyson Corner Mall and that was great. We enjoyed the location even though finding it was a little challenging...you need a Garmin or other device to find it quickly. We liked the fact that you enter the room from an inside court...always nice. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

Just above the Tyson mall and you can find Halal Restaurants like halal Guys. Parking cost $15 but you can park in the mall for free. For us it was complementary. Rooms are good but not great compared to other Hyatt properties. Location is safe and kids friendly with lot of activities in the mall if you decide to spend time there. 20 mins drive to main Washington DC attraction.

Breakfast was excellent...very well organized and very clean. Our room was spacious and designed very well. Loved the location by the train and having the Wegmans on the ground floor of the building in which the hotel was housed. The bar/lounge area was very nice and their cocktails were innovative. Their lounge food was also very good...Japanese influenced menu.

The hotel is located near two large malls one is the Tyson’s Corner Center and the other one is Tyson’s II or Galleria Mall which has stores of high end brands names to average. There are fine dining restaurants and also McDonald’s, CVS Pharmacy,Gas Stations and many other stores near by to accommodate the neighborhood.
