Breakfast was perfect, location was perfect for many restaurants, steakhouses, etc. Distance to Youngstown State was 18 minutes. I reserved 4 rooms and it ran smoothly. I would recommend it for a single night but not for an extended stay.

The Mocha House is great for breakfast or lunch and has an excellent selection of baked goods. The Hot Dog Shoppe is a must, and it is unique to Warren. Up the Creek is a great bar and restaurant to watch sports, listen to music and hook up with friends. Great value for the money.

I grew up in Warren Ohio and I would rather have a cute black girl greet me at the front desk than white trash. The front desk girl was HIDEOUS. He appearance, her attitude, Everything. I stayed up all night thinking I could improve the hotel in one day. First, remove gross stained carpet, never have rooms with no windows, CLEAN IT, hire people who have good attitudes and a nice personality. Its a no brainer. Come on people. Gross.

Warren is an economically depressed area, so be prepared for that. Some very good hometown restaurants may be the highlight of the city. Try Pimanti Bros., Vernon's, Sunrise Pizza, and the Hot Dog Shoppe--all favorites of locals.

Historic and beautiful.
Historic and beautiful. Jack's diner down on parchment then off to some hot dog shop for lunch. Spent the day in the beautiful square downtown. Then off to the theater that was just brought back to life downtown. Buena vista chicken for dinner then off to the amphitheater to watch an eagles tribute band for the drinkers out there let's just say we drank all 4 beer trucks ot of booze. Great city friendly ppl. Warren.

I liked the location of hotel but would not stay agian, just not a good experience because of occupants of room across from us,way to loud, could not sleep, those people made noise from evening till morning, screaming ,yelling, banging doors, terrible time there
The price. It was the night before the eclipse and all other hotel prices started at $800! The lady when we checked in allowed me to have an extra person in the room for a small fee since I booked it wrong. After we went to our room the one bed was dirty, and we only had one towel. As we were leaving the hotel I asked for new bedding and towels. She said I could stop for it when we came back but we'd have to make the bed ourselves because they were understaffed. That was fine.
Breakfasts during the pandemic have been just okay at any hotel. I liked the historic character of the building including high ceilings in our bedroom. The bathroom was updated and nice.
