Conveniently located off I75, room access is indoors, which was important for me traveling alone. Friendly staff, and clean room. The bed was fine for the night. It could be a bit more comfortable with a more comfy mattress topper.I slept just fine and would stay there again when needing a rest from driving. Breakfast is the usual free breakfast set-up. Sufficient.

I liked the location. It was close to hiking and the falls and river. The free continental breakfast was nice and dinner at lodge was good and close by. The staff was pleasant. We were in a Woodland room, which is separate from the main lodge, so more privacy and pretty trees around it. We had a mini fridge and microwave, kitchen cabinets and sink. It was reasonable.

The night manager was very nice and helpful. Our key cards did not work. He brought a new key. First he checked the ones he issued then tried the new one, it worked great. My mom is 85 and needs a first floor. We were booked on the 3rd floor. He moved us to a first floor, right next to the breakfast room. The location was great and easy access. It is a good overnight stay but I would not use it as a destination stay.

My 2 sisters & myself went to the Ark Encounter on Friday day. Silly me booked W Hampton Hotel instead of E Williamsburg Hotel. But we drove the 2 hr distance & enjoyed a very nice room, hotel attendant was very courteous, helpful. The pool was warm it was awesome. After we checked out we visited several Antique places on our way home. We all slept great. Thank you for a great trip.

It's a beautiful area.
It's a beautiful area. It's close to Tennessee and as beautiful as Tennessee, but without all the tourist traps and resorts. Some day developers will discover it and then it won't be the quiet place it is

This hotel was AWFUL!
This hotel was AWFUL! The only plus was the desk attendant when we checked in. The room was filthy. The bed looked like someone was lying in it when we walked in, because the mattress was so broken down. The carpet was sticky, and the entire room smelled like smoke. Speaking of smoke, the smoke detector had been disconnected. There were obviously people living long term there. The breakfast was a complete joke, and I seriously felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there. Do yourself a favor...DO NOT DO IT!!!

Williamsburg is a college town.
Williamsburg is a college town. It is a nice place and the people are friendly. Cumberland University has a beautiful campus. Mostly fast food places so if you want to go out to eat you have to head to Corbin or London, KY.

I have already answered.
I have already answered. Top dislikes were no tissue in the bathroom dispenser, and poor, limited breakfast, except for yoghurt/granola, the tv choices were also limited. Top like was the weight room and the parting grab bag.
Our flight was canceled so we had to drive over 1000 miles. We hoped to drive all night but could not with the pitch black, winding mountain roads. We impulsively booked this hotel and stayed 5 hours, we just needed a bed and a shower. Other than a hair ball in the shower it was great. It was New Year’s Eve, almost midnight but it was pretty quiet and the lady at the desk was very friendly and informative. She also got me an extra pillow which was much appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend for $150 a night.
I liked nothing about your recommendation for this hotel in as soon as I walked into room I closed the door and went and checked out, did not Even stay. Dirtiest room I have ever seen! Would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was free!!!
This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.
This hotel is rated a 3 star however I think it is better than that. Clean large room. Bathroom soaps and shampoo pumps were a nice environment friendly touch. Very quiet.
