The room was big and had a wonderful king size bed , a comfortable matress . A very cute balcony with a table and two chairs . The staff was great , so so nice each and everyone of them . The location is amazing - in between Palermo and Recoleta, you can do a lot of touristy stuff or just walk around the neighborhood, pick up some groceries or eat something around. It feels very safe around as well. The price is very good for what you get, the hotel staff is also super nice and helpful. Air conditioning unit in the room is quite capable and will chill the room in summer without any issues. There is no breakfast - but for the price you can't complain, and it's also pointless considering where the hotel is, there are many options to eat around.

Location was excellent as it was a pleasant walk to our destination. Breakfast was always on time and well displayed. The room was clean and most important there was no carpet! The staff members were extremely helpful especially Stephanie and Joaquim.

Breakfast offers a good selection of fresh fruit and juices, as well as traditional fare with a wide variety of quality pastries. Excellent value for money in comparison to Hyatt and similar offerings nearby.
