We visited during a very hot day but the apartment kept a perfect temperature so I recommend it as perfect for sommer time also. The owner are very kind and respond very quickly to any question. The self check in, check out instructions are very clear. Our cat and our daughter loved the beautiful room with the swing hanging chair and loft. We would definitely like to come back and we totally recommend it. As our cat would say simply purrfect 🐈 ! 🙂

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for living here and with bath. We like it so much! Hostess is very friendly. Zuzanna met us when we arrived, show all nesessary in the appartments and sent a lot of usefull information about places nearby. Also it was very nice to find small compliments in the form of chocolate and coffee.

The room was cozy and warm although outside was windy and cold. It's near tram station but you can walk 30 minutes to reach downtown and so explore Vienna's neighborhoods. Katarina was such a positive person. She informed us about Vienna and fixed a internet problem that we faced. Consider staying at this place if you travel in Vienna.

Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments offers units with air conditioning, a shared or private roof terrace, free WiFi and an underfloor heating system. Very nice and cosy apartment. It was very easy to get the keys to the apartment thanks to the details provided by the staff. The room is spacious and comfortable with the air-conditioning. What a treat in this hot European summer. The apartment is close to the subway station and it is very convenient to go to attractions. The room is very clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and responsible, and respond to questions very quickly. We would like to stay there again when we are in Vienna next time.

Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend!
