The range of services such as restaurants, saunas, fitness center, wet deck, wellness area.. it means I don't need to leave the hotel when I'm there for work. Everything I need is attached to the hotel and it's fantastic!

This hotel is in a superb location, right in the heart of the CBD, within a 5 minute walk of the Queen St Mall and within 15 mins of Central station. The ability to use the beautiful pool and gym facilities at the Westin next door was an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and attentive. When the Cross River Rail opens it will be directly opposite a train station for easy access to the airport! There’s a reason Singapore Airlines uses this as their Brisbane crew hotel!

We have stayed here before and it did not disappoint. From the welcome on arrival to the choice of tea in your room, it was just perfect. Opposite the City Botanical Gardens in a quieter part of Old Brisbane it is a little oasis alongside it's skyscraper brothers. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient.
