Wow, we were wowed by the entire experience. Firstly, the staff. Belgium was very warm while we were there and although we had a beautiful room, the air con could not keep up to the heat. The engineer, Salomon did his best and even took us to the rooftop restaurant to cool off while he tried to fix it. When it was evident that it would not work, Redouane, from the front desk personally checked out an alternate room for us and moved us in. Every staff member we met gave us the impression that we were solely their priority and our satisfaction was their reward. We appreciated each of them and thank you Amelie for answering all our questions with smiles. There was nothing about the hotel that we did not love. The - cool and quirky atmosphere. We loved the comfortable 70’s vibe lobbies. You could sink into a chair or sofa and have a creamy cappachino from the coffee bar with a book, or you could open your computer and work while listening to great music. It felt like your own home. - the rooms are upscale and very well thought out. The shower was literally the best. The bathroom black and pink. A retro radio was softly playing when we stepped through the doors. The bed and bedding very high quality. Floor to ceiling windows with great darkening curtains. Unfinished concrete walls added a great vibe. - we ate upstairs at the Spanish style rooftop garden and had authentic delicious tacos. We also had dinner at the Peruvian restaurant downstairs and it was amazing. To top it off this hotel chain makes goals, reports on the progress of their goals and, works hard to achieve them. They are very green - bottles of water and milk for coffee in the room, no plastic. They strive to help their community in real, hands on ways. We could not have been more impressed. מלון תון בריסל סיטי סנטר (Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre) ממוקם במרחק שלוש דקות הליכה מכיכר רוחיר (Rogier) ומהרחוב האפנתי רו נב (Rue Neuve) שבו חנויות ומסעדות רבות. The location and the hotel are both excellent. I like that the floor is not carpeted- carpets attract bug etc - one very good point. Complement water bottle and tea and coffee machines are given too.

מלון ’דאבל-טרי ביי הילטון בריסל סיטי’ (DoubleTree By Hilton Brussels City) הוא מלון אקולוגי בעיצוב מודרני ובסגנון אמנות תקופת ה-’אר דקו’, שנמצא במרחק של 100 מ’ מרחוב הקניות Rue Neuve ו-15 דקות הליכה... Very kind staff. Delicious breakfast. Good location - 20 minutes walk from the “Grand Place”. Clean and big room :)

מלון אינדיגו בריסל סיטי (Hotel Indigo Brussels - City, an IHG Hotel) נמצא בלב בריסל, במרחק של 250 מ' מאזור הקניות רו נב (Rue Neuve), ובקרבה לתחנת המטרו רוג'ייה (Rogier Metro Station). The environment, green style (even if I preferred to see more real plants ;) ).. The music in the floor we lived and bird songs, all created a really comfortable and special spirit which we loved. We came to participate in the big WOMAN LIFE FREEDOM demonstration to be the voice of Iranian people and the location of the hotel was just perfect for this as well as it is close to center - I will come back to the same hotel when I come back to brussels for sure.

Very well equipped hotel with friendly staff. Our car was parked in a locked car park, which was great. The staff is nice, helpful with everything. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Very good location!
