Belgium was very warm while we were there and although we had a beautiful room, the air con could not keep up to the heat. The engineer, Salomon did his best and even took us to the rooftop restaurant to cool off while he tried to fix it. When it was evident that it would not work, Redouane, from the front desk personally checked out an alternate room for us and moved us in. Every staff member we met gave us the impression that we were solely their priority and our satisfaction was their reward. We appreciated each of them and thank you Amelie for answering all our questions with smiles. There was nothing about the hotel that we did not love. The - cool and quirky atmosphere. We loved the comfortable 70’s vibe lobbies. You could sink into a chair or sofa and have a creamy cappachino from the coffee bar with a book, or you could open your computer and work while listening to great music. It felt like your own home. - the rooms are upscale and very well thought out. The shower was literally the best. The bathroom black and pink. A retro radio was softly playing when we stepped through the doors. The bed and bedding very high quality. Floor to ceiling windows with great darkening curtains. Unfinished concrete walls added a great vibe. - we ate upstairs at the Spanish style rooftop garden and had authentic delicious tacos. We also had dinner at the Peruvian restaurant downstairs and it was amazing. To top it off this hotel chain makes goals, reports on the progress of their goals and, works hard to achieve them. They are very green - bottles of water and milk for coffee in the room, no plastic. They strive to help their community in real, hands on ways. We could not have been more impressed. Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre dapat dicapai dengan 3 menit berjalan kaki dari Rogier Square serta Rue Neuve yang memiliki banyak toko dan restoran yang bergaya. The location and the hotel are both excellent. I like that the floor is not carpeted- carpets attract bug etc - one very good point. Complement water bottle and tea and coffee machines are given too.

Set in the heart of Brussels, Hotel Indigo Brussels City pays tribute to the nearby Botanical Garden with boutique guest rooms. The environment, green style (even if I preferred to see more real plants ;) ).. The music in the floor we lived and bird songs, all created a really comfortable and special spirit which we loved. We came to participate in the big WOMAN LIFE FREEDOM demonstration to be the voice of Iranian people and the location of the hotel was just perfect for this as well as it is close to center - I will come back to the same hotel when I come back to brussels for sure.

Very well equipped hotel with friendly staff. Our car was parked in a locked car park, which was great. The staff is nice, helpful with everything. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Very good location!

Centrally located between the EU Headquarters and Brussels City Centre, the elegant Hotel Retro offers rooms with free WiFi. The hotel has a fresh look and young vibe. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was nice and although it had windows fronting the boulevard, we were not bothered by noise. Location is close to the center, it is a 15 min walk to it. However, at night time, you need to be careful and watch out as the neighborhood does not feel the safest, but I can say that for us whole Brussels seemed that way in the night time. Good value for its money and I recommend it.
