Novotel Charleroi Centre is located in the city centre of Charleroi and connected to the Rive Gauche shopping mall. Reception and staff are very king and professional. Good breakfast, excellent coffee in the lobby. The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel located right above shopping mall, which was unfortunately closed on Sunday :-( About 15 minutes drive to the Charleroi airport. Big underground parking lot. Coffee machine in the room. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby.

I would definitely come back. It is an easy 20 minute walk to Charleroi-South.

Basic room but with all the amenities I could like: wifi (didn't use it), smart TV, tea and coffee maker, fridge, USB chargers and nightlight, good clothesrack, and most of all a good bed.

There is an lovely bakery next to it and there is also a quite good supermarket little bit futher down the street. I definitely recomend this location. The land ovner is very nice and polite lady.
