La péniche est hyper bien équipée, le confort est total. Et comme il y a même eu du soleil, nous avons aussi pu apprécier la terrasse. Même se plonger 2’ le corps dans la piscine à 10° en novembre fait un bien fou. En plus, on a droit à un parking, juste à côté. Nous recommandons!

Very nice spacious apartment in walking distance from the city center and located near train station so you can get anywhere you need. We experienced no disturbance from the construction site. The apartmant can be considered baby-friendly as it wasn't full of things/decorations. In overal we had very pleasant stay.

Situé à 5,6 km de la gare Saint-Pierre de Gand, le Feel at home at Homeawayfromhome offre une vue imprenable sur le canal d'eau. Apartment while out the way, it was a nice walk along the canal and a good way to get exercise by walking into town. Uber cost around 10 euros but if you like walking it is ideal. The area is quite industrial and looks to be going through development and it has great potential for the future. Parking is safe and secure underground with a locked entrance. CostS to park per day is only 6 euros, a real bargain for peace of mind. There are electric charge points in the car park and on the street but I couldn't get them to work. It needs some sort of card which I do not have but is ideal if you know how to use it The host and co-host were really helpful and friendly. I cannot thank them enough for helping me to charge my electric vehicle, they were excellent and made themselves available to immediately help. I still can't believe how great they were. with hosts like this, I would highly recommend.
