Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways. I booked a room for the night so I could propose to my now fiance, so the room being way bigger then expected was really appreciated.

Everything was just perfect! But the bed was very high and for my mum it was rather difficult to replace me from the wheelchair to the bed.
