Ideally set in Ottawa, Homewood Suites By Hilton Ottawa Downtown features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The suite was clean and spacious. The facility was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First it was the location. The foyer. The staff! Comfortable King bed. Spacious room. Upon arrival, we asked for extra coffee (we have noticed there is usually minimal in hotels) and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The person who greeted us at the front desk (whose name will we find out next time) was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the service from the head waiter (sorry, not sure of his position) was exceptional. Based on the staff and the comfort, we decided to change our plans so we can spend another night before leaving Ottawa.

Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in... Location, service was outstanding. Close to all places of interest. Will definitely be staying here during my next visit to Ottawa.

Located in downtown Ottawa, within 5 minutes' walk of Parliament Hill. Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and pay-per-view movies. Free WiFi is provided. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily which was appreciated. The location is away from (but close enough to walk to) the main touristy area which was a definite bonus for us. The staff were very helpful indeed and seemed genuinely pleased to assist. The valet parking was a bit pricey – but the car was returned promptly and without any problem. So a plus again rather than having to park in an open public parking lot.

The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.
