Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in... Location, service was outstanding. Close to all places of interest. Will definitely be staying here during my next visit to Ottawa.

Located in downtown Ottawa, within 5 minutes' walk of Parliament Hill. Each guest room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and pay-per-view movies. Free WiFi is provided. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was serviced daily which was appreciated. The location is away from (but close enough to walk to) the main touristy area which was a definite bonus for us. The staff were very helpful indeed and seemed genuinely pleased to assist. The valet parking was a bit pricey – but the car was returned promptly and without any problem. So a plus again rather than having to park in an open public parking lot.

This hotel boasts an exceptional location in the heart of Ottawa city centre, only moments from top attractions, and features free WiFi is available in all rooms at this completely non-smoking hotel. The Hotel was fabulous and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely restaurant with delicious food, parking was good with elevator into Hotel from parking lot. Location was perfect for walking to all the attractions, very central. All in all a great visit to Ottawa and a great Hotel.

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Ottawa, just a 10-minute walk to Parliament Hill. The 4-star hotel features a restaurant and bar and spacious rooms. Exceptionally friendly and trustworthy staff. This is the right place if you're looking for a proper Hotel where to feel safe and welcomed. The cleaning ladies were also very friendly and I especially remember a young employee called Steffen who went out of his way to help me. Thank you very much!
