The presentation of the property was exceptional. It made you feel welcome immediately and positive about wanting to stay there. Rooms were excellently styled, cleaned, and equipped. Swimming pool was excellent. Free bike hire is a great idea and we used the ping pong tables.

Located 5 minutes’ drive from Downtown Victoria, this motel features free WiFi and on-site parking. Guests will also be 1 minute’s drive from Mayfair Shopping Centre and 17.4 km from Butchart Garden. They let me keep my small dog with me, didn't charge me cancellation fee when I only needed to come a day later, and were very polite. There was no smelly carpet, and it was very hot so the portable ac was great.

This Victoria, British Columbia hotel is a 7-minute drive from the Victoria Harbour Water Aerodome. Arbutus Inn offers guests car rentals and rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. The location was well located for our needs. We did need not a car. We use used the local bus system to go Butchart Gardens, downtown waterfront and to the Ferry to go to Vancouver. Breakfast and dinner facilities as well as a money machine were within walking distance. Our room had a large refrigerator and stove.
