Great location, iconic hotel and excellent service by the front desk staff. Ritish was especially helpful with a 3rd party mishap and went out of his way to please even though the hotel was not at fault at all. He wanted me to have an excellent stay which we did. We had a harbour view which was beautiful. Parking was very good and accessible. The restaurant food was very good.

Featuring an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, this Victoria oceanfront hotel is located around the Inner Harbour, only 15 minutes' walk from the city centre. Pretty much everything, Couldn't fault it. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception when we arrived at 11 pm. Loved the swimming pool.

Our room location was great, on the ground floor just near the spa & pool, Bed was very comfortable , nice furnishings , a kitchenette in our room was a bonus with a coffee pod machine, breakfast which was included in our price was very enjoyable with a great selection of hot & cold food & the reception Desk staff were very friendly & helpful . This property also had a laundry for us to wash & dry our own clothes or you could get them to do it too for a fee. We would recommend staying at this property as it’s clean & comfortable & in a great location & restaurants are very close by & a quick walk to the harbour.
