Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was travelling alone and was coming down with a cold and it was raining when I arrived early. Studio apartment was spacious and very close to Bern wankdorf station, there is a mini supermarket coop below the apartment, everything was automated, check-in process was very smooth. stay Koook has a common space in the 8th floor which is accessible to all and one can do lot of indoor activities, they have a pool table, and they have complementary cookies, tea and coffee. my two days stay at this place was exceptional.

Annemarie was a fantastic host, providing local knowledge for our time around Bern, and a lovely breakfast. The room was super, clean, and warm. Off-street parking was also provided, which was fantastic given the close proximity to the center. We would most definitely stay here again.
