Excellent service from our arrival until our departure. We were met at the entrance of the hotel, and helped with our luggage, shown to our room which was delightful, and with a spectacular view. Charming hotel, welcoming and helpful staff.

Only a 15-minute walk from Anibal Pinto Square, New Voga Guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi in an old Victorian-style house constructed by German immigrants in 1880. The whole experience was amazing. The room is super cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Paula, the manager, was very gentle and friendly with us.

Set on Valparaiso’s Alegre Hill, a Unesco World Heritage Site, Casa Galos Hotel & Lofts has apartments with chic décor and views of Valparaiso’s picturesque hills. The staff are amazing. Our Spanish is very poor and we had no problem communicating at all. They had suggestions for eating, sightseeing, helped us with taking a bus to Santiago, etc. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices and eggs made for you. The room was very comfortable, with very little street noise even with the window open. My daughter also had a massage arranged by the hotel. She said it was great :) The location is very good, easy to walk anywhere.

This hotel is located in the heart of Cerro Alegre, one of the important tourist areas of Valparaiso, City Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Location for walkability excellent. We had sea view rooms with amazing views of the harbour. Charming old hotel with excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The location was perfect for Valpo. It was in one of the nicest parts, within a short walk of restaurants, shops, the seafront and, what a view. The staff were superb. Having secure parking was a real bonus for us. The building was beautifully restored and the out door spaces were really well designed. It had so much charm.
