The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a shopping complex with many restaurants. It was around 30 minutes in a taxi to the centre of Chongqing but the hotel is in a quiet area and it was nice to be away from the chaos of the city. Breakfast was nice and good selections.

Kohapeal on konditsioneeriga toad ja baar. super nice room, managed to get a free upgrade through booking.com, it was a corner room, really spacious and lux. instagrammable too. Free of charge choice of pillow from the pillow menu. Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.

The staffs are friendly but just lack of not much staffs can speak English. But most of them try to help and give us a good serving. The breakfast is good, the facilities is the best in Chongqing. Clean fitness centre, And we can wash our dirt clothes by self service laundry. Plus shuttle service to thr airport. Thank you, We will stay there sgain in our future vidit yo Chongqing.

We arrived late at night so we booked the hotel near the airport so we could have a good night rest. Free airport pick up was arranged and by a Tesla car which made my hubby happy :) The hotel is cleaned with all necessary amenities that are required. Helpful staff at reception too! Robot machines were used to deliver mineral water. Breakfast was decent too. It is about 20mins drive away to the main city area. We enjoyed our stay here.
