The day and night view of the pearl and shanghai city from our suite is awesome ! Not to forget to visit the pool as the view is amazing too. Love the Eau De Magnolia toiletries provided by Regent. Otherwise, staffs are very helpful and attentive , they will assist our issue when it comes to food order&delivery as a foreigner .

Staff were very accommodating and helpful to all requests and queries. All requests were attended to promptly. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room and all the other facilities were spotless and quiet. Stayed with two young kids and they also thoroughly enjoyed the stay and didn't want to go home! It was like home away from home. Highly recommend.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is located in Lujiazui Finance Zone, near Pudian Road Station of Metro Line 4/6, and walking distance from the hotel to the metro station is about 500 meters. We were upgraded. Vary spacious rooms. Very clean. Excellent beds and pillows! Everything perfect. We would love to go back! Unfortunately we were on transfer to Taiwan so we stayed just one night.
