The staff from the restaurant to the front desk to the bar were all exceptional. The room was perfect and felt luxurious; very clean, good WiFi, lovely bathroom with underfloor heating, very comfy big bed, and quiet at night. The general layout of the hotel is spacious and elegant. It's nice to see plants everywhere. The food was exceptional too.

Great variety for breakfast, very nice and smiley personal, nice and clean. Really enjoyed. Appreciate long opening hours till 11.00 am. Nice view on the Berlin wall while having breakfast.

This stylish new hotel is situated close to Berlin's Ostbahnhof train station, just 2 city rail stops from Alexanderplatz. Incredible location and service. Service was second to none. I have never had such a positive experience in any hotel. The staff were just fantastic and made such an effort to ensure we were all having a great time.

Europe's first music hotel, nhow Berlin is located directly on the banks of the river Spree and just a 5-minute walk from MTV Berlin and Universal Music. I loved the deco and vibe troughout the Whole hotel. Also the cocktails are sooo Good ! Best ons i had . We had the junior suite Wich was verry large and comfortable for a longer stay. Suppper close to the Berlin wall .
