The hotel also offer me welcome drink, so thanks a lot. The staff is also helpful with information regarding train situation (I visited the hotel when Train workers were in strike).

Akazienhof Hotel & Brauhaus offers free parking, affordable and convenient accommodation in the Porz district, close to Cologne/Bonn Airport. The staff were friendly and happy to help. My girlfriend left her sunglasses and the staff were more than happy to help and post the sunglasses back to her. Even with no German, I had no issues at all with communication. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant, the food smelt amazing on arrival and there were quite a few people there looking like they were enjoying their food. There is petrol station next door which was convenient for getting snacks/drinks.
