Este hotel de 4 estrellas goza de una excelente ubicación, entre la ciudad portuaria y el distrito de los almacenes de Hamburgo. the staff was super friendly, the hotel was really clean and in a prime location. we found that we were able to commute everywhere easily because it was right next to a bus stop and walking distance to the metro. loved our experience, highly recommend it!

The staff were amazing. The room was just what I ordered for a stay before a cruise from Hamburg. Although there is no restaurant, they allow you to order in and enjoy the bar service. I would definitely book again!
