A very clean hotel in a quiet place. The mattress and pillows are comfy. The location is great, a five min walk to bus stations or to the subway line U2. The staff are super friendly and helpful!

These spacious apartments with spa and pool are situated to the north of the centre of Hamburg. They are 500 metres from Hagenbeks Tierpark zoo and a 16-minute train ride from the centre. This was our second stay in this hotel, and we really enjoyed it! Thanks to the team for this good stay. The positive things are a good atmosphere, a big room, which is in fact a “mini apartment”, with living room, sleeping room, kitchen, hall, and bathroom. Good beds, very clean, good attention, pool, and sauna in the basement, some spaces near the lobby to relax. What more do you want? The hotel is not central, but it is very close to a U-Bahn station (metro) which connects to downtown in about 20 minutes. There are some shops in the surroundings, particularly a supermarket just a couple of blocks away, but there are no activities or places to go at night. If you like to enjoy the night life, maybe you should look for another hotel in the centre of the city, otherwise this hotel is very good!

And the price is also cheap compared to other places. There are 4 supermarkets nearby. Great place I will recommend to others.
