Okay she was extremely so good. breakfast was also so good, I made this booking for my parents and on that time for their leisure in Hanover I was not with them, I informed staff that my parent was coming and they don't speak well English - stuff did everything to make their check-in process and their stay period so comfortable.

Lovely spacious apartment, friendly host and location was excellent near to the Eilenriede forest and just 5 mins walk from one amazing playpark and ten mins walk from another great one! We would definitely stay here again! Great facilities in the kitchen although there isn’t a microwave. Very handy to have a dish washer and also a washing machine/dryer. Apartment did seem a little dark but it wasn’t particularly sunny when we visited and there were plenty of lights around so not an issue at all. Host met us to hand over keys and offered to help with luggage since the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.
