Best regards and thanks to the owner Francky :) A very decent and honest guy. He helped us a lot and was very nice. He agreed to store our luggage when we needed it. As for the apartment. Great location. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful terrace. In addition, the opportunity to climb onto the amazing roof was a great added value.

Good location, nice attentive staff, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! And the pool is very refreshing after walking in the area.

The staff were so helpful with our luggage up and down the stairs. The air conditioner worked well and there was a fridge in the room with lovely cold water.

Set in a historic building in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone, once home to a former president, the adult-only Casa Sanchez is within 1 minute's walk of Conde street. I loved my stay at Casa Sanchez. Many wonderful details, comfortable rooms, kind personal, excellent location. Thank you for all those small touching details, and special Colonial City authentic atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

This 16th-century converted convent is located in the historic Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beautiful, historic building full of character. The breakfast was excellent and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for walking around the Colonial Zone safely. Staff were very helpful and reserved taxis when we needed. El Buho Eatery opposite was atmospheric, too.
