Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. The room was clean. The pools, Aqua Park, and Luna Park area were amazing. All the service was so organized and perfect. The staff was so friendly to us and very helpful on any occasion. Especially Ahmed from the buffet, it really made our vacation better. And the buffet itself was more than our expectations. The food was so delicious and there were so many varieties every day.

El SUNRISE Royal Makadi Aqua Resort presenta un estilo oriental y está situado en la bahía de Makadi, que tiene una longitud de 4 km. Amazing hotel with very tasty food. It was really delicious. So many variety of dishes, that I barely tried it all. There are a lot of "a-la carte" restaraunts with different type of kitchen and interiors. There is everything you need in a hotel of these type: a lot of pools, aquapark, extremely comfortable beach, tennis field, football field, basketball field and even mini golf. Hotel employees are very kind and helpful. I travelled at March and I noticed that there is really not so much wind blowing at the beach, which is important at this time of the year.

From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. We had a great stay, from the welcome drinks to our special Head butler Hanna who took care of us from the moment we got here. Service and food was amazing we never had an empty glass or plate. Expect fine dining food portions- if in doubt order 2 they'll be more than happy to help. All restaurants included an all inclusive service. We recommend Casa Romana and the mandarin The resort is a secluded little paradise with plenty to do on site. The spa has now opened for massages, a must try!
