The location is almost perfect, close to downtown (5-10 min walking to Tahis Square). It is super safe as it is in the middle of a diplomatic area (many embassies and security are nearby). There is no traffic noise (which is almost impossible to find in Cairo). The staff is helpful and flexible. The Wifi connection is also good, which is rare across Egypt.

This is our second time at this hotel ,the place is great,the location, the Best you can find i'n Cairo , is very clean , the staff very friendly, the room service the food are very good, the manager Karim and Badr are great very helpful and friendly definetly we are coming back .i love it

Overlooking the Nile River and just a 5-minute walk from the Egyptian Museum, the 5-star Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis features a heated outdoor pool and an on-site casino, spa and gym. Good location in very active place and kind stuff . Recommend to visit as first priority . I appreciate all the crew whom are working in the front desk especially Joseph & Ahmed sharqawy . They and other front desk colleagues were very kind and fast to finish your booking . I love Cairo Semiramis and I will never change it at all .
