The reception managers are amazing! our plans changed all the time. they met us halfway and made concessions to us. on the day of departure we went to the wrong place. There was an error in ordering a taxi. and got stuck in a heavy traffic jam. We were late leaving. but they waited for us. the child forgot his headphones and personal belongings. They called us and everything was returned. This is a very clean hotel with wonderful staff. amazing breakfasts and location. but the most important thing is the managers. They're on top. real professionals. we were so tired. it was dirty and hot in the city. but our hotel is an oasis in the desert. always clean, always greeted with a smile and ready to help in any situation.

We walked to the Sphinx end 10mins or so spent the day at the pyramids returned totally exhausted from the great pyramid end which was 10mins walk. The very best accommodation experience in Egypt for us! Despite the fact that we arrived after breakfast hours, girls made us full breakfast and it was delicious! (eggs, cheese plate, juice, bread, yogurt, jams and honey, fruits!!) Checking in was very easy and fast, they took care of our luggage. I would say the staff was so attentive - we didn't have to worry about a single thing! And all because of Shaimaa, a girl in the front! She speaks English very good, friendly and has great sense of humor :D Hi girl, we love you! Guys helped us to book a tour all over the City and Pyramids with a Russian speaking guide. They also have English speaking guide so just ask. The Hotel itself very clean and modern. Everything you need for the shower is provided, towels. Water, coffee and tea and kettle is in the room. And last but not least -THE VIEW. Yes, it will be exactly as on pictures. If you get the room with the balcony it is super beautiful but the rooftop is also available for everyone and I guess any time of the day! Overall great experience!! Couldn't ask for more!
