The room was on the smaller side but was very comfortable, practical and well put together. The overall vibe in the common spaces was very good - you can definitely see some movement, lots of different people coming together but it's still calm enough that you can enjoy the spaces. The staff was super nice and helpful, from the first to the last person we had contact with. It's also in a good location that allows you to just walk to a lot of places. Will definitely be going back.

The facilities and different spots for work and leisure are amazing. Very stylish and great design. The room was wonderful, perfect size for my needs abd a great bathroom too! Everything was lovely.

Staff friendly and amenities excellent. Very quiet considering they are in central Madrid. Glass may be sound proof. We were on holiday with two other couples and they were staying at hotels more central similarly priced. The feedback we got from them on their hotels was noisy and slightly run down ‘travel lodge’ like. We totally lucked out with this hotel one and it was as close to many of the restaurants as them anyway.

The modern Motel One Madrid-Plaza de España is located in the center of Madrid, just 250 meters from Plaza de España and 500 meters from Gran Vía and its theaters, and offers spacious rooms with air... I strongly recommend this hotel! It was a last minute reservation and I was a bit unsure but it exceeded all my expectations. Such a lovely vibe, extremely pet friendly staff, my dog loooved it.

Recently renovated, up-to-date, downtown hotel, well positioned and easily accessed in the midst of the fashionable Moncloa-Argüelles residential and business district of Madrid. Perfect location, friendly staff & fine breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable and cleaning is on the top.

Location 5/5. The location is very good. It is located 2 minutes from the metro that takes you to one of the main streets (La Gran Vía). Staff 5/5. The attention of the staff is incredible. I had a problem with my shower one of the days I was there, and the hotel sent me a courtesy for the inconvenience. They were really interested in making sure I didn't have a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Gym 3/5. It is what is expected from it. A basic gym, few machines, but it's opened 24 hrs and the kettlebells are in good shape and they've got several weights.

The Exe Zarzuela Park enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by beautiful gardens and only 6 km from Madrid city centre. The location is very good when you travel by car. There is a parking, good access to the supermarkets and malls. Very close to Madrid. The rooms are spacious and the staff is incredibly helpful.
