The hotel was easy to get to from the train station on the tram (tram stop really close to the hotel) and the tram made sightseeing easy. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and was clean.

Situated on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 2.2 km from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 3.5 km from Phoenix Park. Asukoht oli väga hea Väga mugav oli lennujaama trammiga kohale jõuda. Trammipeatus lähedal. Rand väga lähedal. Suur tuba ja meeldiv interjöör. Hommikusöök oli lihtne, aga piisav ja maitsev.

The location was perfect, literally on the beach and the tram stop is so close so you are able to move easily within the city and the neighbouring towns! Fantastic hosts that were very accommodative to anything we were requiring during our trip even providing us with recommendations for restaurants which we utilised throughout our stay! The property itself is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is a real home away from home - we especially loved the private outdoor terrace. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Nice! Could not have been happier with our stay!

Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking asub Nizzas Les Baumettesi linnaosas. Kohapeal on konditsioneer, terrass ja merevaade. Fabulous location, right on the front and a pleasant walk into the city or the tram right outside. The apartment has everything we required, including a cot and plastic plates etc for our little boy. Very quiet considering the location and next to a hospital. The owner was lovely and even allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we didn't have to drag it round. A wonderful stay in a beautiful part of France.
