When we arrived for breakfast today most of the food was quite low although it was replaced about 15 mins into our sitting. I’m really just being picky though.

Hotel is steeped in history - the oldest building in San Malo, it survived WWII, beautiful architecture, hotel, restaurant and bar. We booked a twin bedded room with a sea view. The views of the fort, beach and sea from our window were breathtaking. Room was a reasonable size as we expected based on our booking. Food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was very pleasant. The front desk receptionists were very helpful with booking taxis and providing advice for outings. The hotel was centrally located next to many restaurants as well as an entrance to the ramparts.

Located in Saint Malo, 400 metres from Saint-Malo Casino, Hotel Le Croiseur Ginette Intra Muros has a number of amenities including a terrace, a shared lounge, a bar and free WiFi. This hotel in St Malo's old town is close to bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. All the best attractions are nearby: ramparts, beaches, incredible ocean landscapes, and the port. The tourist office is very close. Even better, the family who run the hotel are friendly, helpful and professional - and were happy for me to practise my French on them. The rooms are warm and comfortable. There's a bar in the lobby, and a terrace to 'prendre une verre' and watch the world go by. The continental breakfast is wonderful.

Hotel Bristol Union is located in the heart of Saint Malo, within the city walls of the old town and 180 metres from Saint-Malo Marina. Contemporary modern hotel and one of the highlights of our holiday in France. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and the breakfast was memorably. Our room was also upgraded for our anniversary which was a very lovely gesture and one we are very grateful for. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Superb location within the walled old town. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants on the door step. Breakfast at the hotel was great.
