The Osborne Hotel is a licensed 22-bedroom hotel with a 2-star rating from Visit Britain. It is situated in Jesmond, 1.5 miles from the centre of Newcastle. The place was clean, spacious and confortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff wonderful. They did exceeded their care to make you confortable. One day I arrived wet because it rained the whole day. I asked them if they could put the heat on even though it was a bit soon due to they schedule, I was cold and had to dry my shoes, they didn’t question it and put the central heating right on. Best place I’ve stayed in my whole journey through the UK.

Close to the Metro Centre, Newcastle Arena, Hadrian's Wall and the Northumbrian countryside, this hotel in leafy, suburban Jesmond is just minutes from the city centre. Had an absolutely fantastic 2 nights stay at Whites Hotel! Amica and the team were extremely friendly, kind and welcoming and made for a lovely weekend visiting the city. Hotel is in an ideal location, room was clean and warm and the service throughout our stay was nothing short of wonderful. Staff were kind and attentive, and the bar had a great atmosphere and plenty of liveliness and vibrance. Perfect for what we were wanting! Price is more than reasonable, and I will certainly be coming back to stay again very very soon!
