Just checked out of this hotel. What a great place it is! Brand new opened in november and its fantastic. Staff are really friendly. The room is absolutely huge for a european city. The balcony we really liked. I hope this hotel does really well In the future.

This 3* hotel is near the park from one side and sea from other (you can swim just next to hotel - access from steps directly to deep water). Breakfast was also nice, we found everything we needed, we liked especially salad from fresh fruit, lady in restaurant constantly supplied everything, what was missing. Lady at reception was very helpful and recommended us a perfect fish restaurant for dinner.

Location is absolutely perfect, only a 10 min walk from Split old town yet not too noisy at night. Only a 20 min walk away from where you get the ferries to the islands near Split. View from the balcony is stunning. You can see the sea, boats, cruise ships, ferries, and some of the old town`s major buildings. Bed was very comfortable, shower was perfect, staff were very friendly. Only good things to say about Casa Costabella. I would seriously consider booking a room again if I go back to Split.

Located in Split, Perla Apartmani Split offers accommodation with free WiFi. Fully equipped apartment. Bed linens felt as if it was a hotel. Very close to the old town and restaurants. We were also able to do a complimentary late check out which we really appreciated.
