Hotel stuff is friendly, they help to pack the breakfast while we were at a rush for a daily trip.

Everything, from checking in to checking out, the experience is superb! Gotta say, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed!

Situated in the central area of Surabaya, Quest Hotel Darmo - Surabaya by ASTON offers cosy and modernly decorated accommodation with free WiFi access in all areas and a 24-hour front desk. The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family.
