It is the perfect place to stay on this island. We didn't want to go out, and we didn't! It is a thermal spa (has 5 thermal pools), which are available for the entire stay. The hosts were the most wonderful we ever met and made sure we were fine and settled the entire stay. They have a restaurant, so really no need to go out 😅 great food, with great gluten-free options!

Offering panoramic sea views from its hilltop position, Paradise Relais Villa Janto' is 2 km from Casamicciola Terme’s centre, on Ischia Island. The hotel has its own features, it was so chill and well designed. The staff was friendly. Really liked the roof top bar and the food in the restaurant, delicious!

Hotel Villa Ireos is surrounded by gardens and has panoramic views over the Bay of Naples. There is free Wi-Fi, free parking and Ischia Port is 5 minutes' drive away. Everything! Everything was on high level of hospitality, support, food and drinks, access and the view! They helped us to rent a car, helped us even to pay a penalty for a mistake (we parked on a wrong place), helped us with best restaurants and view places. The best hospitality I’ve ever ever ever seen (I’ve been in 18 different countries, I can tell :) View from our room was amazing, room was clean EVERY DAY god! Shower, air conditioning, small fridge — everything worked. With this hotel you can expect that all your plans will be done and you can definitely relax in Ireos Hotel!

Hotel Villa D’Orta is in Casamicciola Terme on the north shore of Ischia island. It offers a summer outdoor pool with panoramic views, a spa with Turkish bath, and an indoor hot tub. Villa D Orta really exceeded our exepectation. The room was som nice, it felt newly renovated, it was very clean. The staff was so nice, helpful and always gave recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only positive for this hotel!

With panoramic views over the Gulf of Napoli, Hotel La Madonnina is located in Casamicciola Terme. It offers a private beach, terraced gardens and free WiFi. We loved the room, facilities, and the view. Having dining options there was very nice for times we didn't feel like going out. But most of all the staff made our stay special. Always going above and beyond!

Offering panoramic views and both indoor and outdoor pools, Grifo Hotel Charme & Spa is 1.5 km from Ischia Harbour. The thermal spas of Castiglione Parco Termale are just 500 metres away. Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, shuttle to town and easy access to the entire island via bus system. Taxi needed only on late night returns.

Overlooking lush vegetation and the Tyrrhenian Sea, Hotel & Residence Matarese is 500 metres from the beach and port in Casamicciola Terme. This was our best accomodation in the past few years. The owner and the other staff are really nice people. We felt like home for these few days. The owner is a really nice, welcoming and caring person. The garden is like a little oasis. If we did not want to go to the center we could chill at the terrace in the garden with a nice view to the sea and the city. Breakfast was fresh really as it was written straight from the garden. The pies and home made cookies were delicious. The coffee also very good of course :) We discovered the island walked a lot but got really good tips from Marianne. She was always ready to help with any kind of questions we had. We are highly recommend this place :)
