The personal was very kind and polite, the room was clean and pretty big, they even gave us candy and free wather and also they offered us breakfast.

Превосходные апартаменты! Со вкусом обставлены. Свежие после ремонта. Постель удобная. Белье белоснежное. Чистота идеальная. Комната просторная. Продумано все до мелочей. Прекрасно организованы и обильны завтраки на хорошо оснащенной кухне, где с легкостью можно готовить горячую еду. Очень внимательные хозяин и персонал. Район тихий и чистый,. выглядит приятно . Автобусные остановки рядом ( 714 до площади Венеции и 716 до Термини ), их легко найти по навигатору.. Мы пользовались автобусами после 9 утра и после 8 вечера ( не в час пик ). Было всего несколько пассажиров в автобусах в это время, автобус миновал многие остановки, не останавливаясь , и через полчаса мы оказывались в центре. Очень удобно. Мы предпочли автобусы многолюдному метро. Очень хочется вернуться в эти апартаменты на больший срок ( мы останавливались только на две ночи ). Благодарим хозяина и персонал за прекрасный отдых..-

Rooftop Appia antica, Attico silenzioso residenziale — это апартаменты в городе Рим. Станция метро San Giovanni и Золотой дом Нерона располагаются в 4 км и 4,3 км соответственно. Firstly， the arrival was successful and Damiano well explained everything comes in the room. And all the facilities an and things we could have used were sufficient and literally it felt a home in Rome. There are lots of decorations made by the host himself which make the place more cozy and stylish. I like the view from the deck because you can feel the peace and natural beauty of Rome far away from the crowd. But it does not mean the place is far away from where most visiting places in the city. We easily caught the bus which only takes few mins walk from where we leave to city so the transportation was not a problem at all. The neighborhood is a local area with all local residences which is safe for travelers to stay. Overall, there’s nothing to complain about and I would definitely wanna come back if I have a chance to revisit Roma. Shout out to Damiano!

Very cozy and tidy apartments in quit location around 3 minutes walk from the metro. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city center. Apartments have enough space for family with one or two kids. Great balcony with amazing facilities (place for BBQ, coffee table and comfortable chairs). A very responsive owner who was in touch 24/7 and quickly answered any questions. Highly recommended 👌

I travelled with my daughter and we have really appreciated the hospitality of Andrea. We received a very practical advice concerning the transport and the sightseeing in Rome.
