Especially Luka Giovanni (might not have remembered the name right) and also Roberto and all the other staff. When I arrived early before the check in time, the receptionist welcomed me and gave me the room regardless. I had only eaten breakfast one time because I get out early, but the breakfast was rich and tasty and you can take it with tray to your room. Excellent staff and excellent hotel, the location is a bit far from the center and you have to walk alot or take taxis and metros or busses. But its near a local neighborhood where you can get to see rome at a local point of view. 10/10

Dieses nur 200 m vom U-Bahnhof Re di Roma entfernte, moderne Hotel erwartet Sie im lebhaften Viertel San Giovanni in Rom. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal Wasser sehr freundlich. Die Lage an der Metro perfekt und trotzdem einigermaßen ruhig. Selbst das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut!

It had everything we needed and we could get amenities downstairs as well. the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

Die Lage und vorallem die familiäre Führung mit viel Herz. Zum Frühstück gab es täglich frische selbstgemachte Köstlichkeiten der Küchenfee❤️

Das Hotel Cilicia liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Rom nur 1 km vom Regionalpark Appia Antica und 15 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Re di Roma der Linie A entfernt. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough about Hotel Cilicia. I was forced to stay in a hotel during our Rome trip because of an unfortunate turn of events and ended up being here without any hopes. The whole staff including the manager was so kind and patient and helpful for us and supporting us in that hard situation it is truly brings tears into my eyes. They made our site enjoyable, we felt cares for, they provided all the help for me and my baby to resolve our issues, day and night they were there for us. This level of kindness I have never ever experienced in my long years of traveling, it was more than that even. They did not treat us as guests, but more like family and friends. I thanked them in person multiple times but I would like to thank them here too, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving our trip and being amazing human beings and providing me with a hotel stay which I believe will be a once in a lifetime situation.
